Shipping:

All orders will be shipped by Priority US Mail unless other arrangements are made. Shipping charges listed are for the continental United States only. Please contact me for International shipping charges. International shipping rates and times vary. Please inquire for more information.

Rush Shipments:
For rush deliveries please email me at: kellie@kbk-custommemoryalbums.com for a quote. Order early to avoid problems, but if you require last minute assistance I will make every effort to accommodate you.

Shipping Times:
Gift Albums will ship within 3-4 days. Custom orders within 4-6 weeks

Damages:
Upon receipt of your order you must inspect the order and report any damage to the carrier within 24-48 hours. Shipments damaged during transit must be claimed with the freight carrier directly. All shipping packaging must be kept and you are responsible to call the carrier directly to inspect the damage and file your claim. All shipments are insured. For orders above $100.00 it is suggested for your own protection to purchase additional insurance at a rate of $1.00 per $100.00 of purchases.

Returns:

Your satisfaction is my primary concern. I will do my best to satisfy each and every one of my clients to the best of my ability. Any merchandise in original condition and in original boxes may be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full no questions asked refund (Shipping charges are not refundable). After 14 days no orders will be accepted back. Please call me directly to obtain a return confirmation authorization. Any items damaged by the customer will not be accepted for a refund. Returned items must be shipped to Keepsakes by Kellie prepaid and insured for full value. Please include name, address, telephone number and invoice when returning items so I can properly credit your account.

Cancellations:

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of the order prior to shipping. Once an order is shipped the customer is responsible to pay for the full shipping charges when refusing the shipment.
